The threat was reported on Wednesday, January 29, not Thursday. A report regarding the threat is being filed with the Alger County Prosecutor office for possible charges.
On Thursday, January 29, Munising Public Schools received a report of a threat made from one student to another student via electronic means at the Munising Middle/High School. The Munising City Police investigated the threat and school was able to continue normal operations.
Students who ride Bus 3 and 9B may be dropped off up to 45 minutes later than normal after school today, Tuesday, January 14. This is due to a bus driver shortage at the school during the month of January. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Due to poor travel conditions, all remaining athletic practices are cancelled today for Munising Public Schools.
Tonight's JV and Varsity boys home basketball games against Stephenson that were postponed have been rescheduled to tomorrow, Friday, December 13. The JV game will begin at 6:00pm with the varsity to follow.
