MUNISING PUBLIC SCHOOLS CALENDAR NOTICE 5.27.26 - Great News! The LAST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR MPS STUDENTS WILL BE FRIDAY JUNE 5TH with dismissal at 12:00 for secondary students and 12:15 for elementary students. Late yesterday afternoon, from the Governor's Mansion on Mackinac Island, Governor Whitmer signed HB5797 "The Snow Day Bill". With the passage and approval of this legislation, all Upper Peninsula school districts have been granted an additional 4 days of reprieve. Since our district needed only two more days of grace, we are now in the clear and do not owe any make up days. Let summer begin!
