Welcome Munising Public Schools Graduating Class of 2033! Even though Kindergarten Registration for the Munising Public Schools 2020-21 school year has been postponed, if you have a child that is 5 years old on or before September 01, 2020, please call 387-2102, extension 1132. We will add your child’s name to the roster for registration. Please note, if your child is currently 4 years old, but their birthday falls between September 1, 2020 and December 1, 2020 you may request an age waiver to enroll them in kindergarten. A registration date will be set when we have additional guidance from the Governor's Office.

Instructional packets will be available again on Tuesday, April 28 for pick up from 11:00am to 1:00pm at each school and for delivery along our bus routes. For Mather Elementary, there are only instructional packets for 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and Read 180 students this week. Middle/High School students may or may not have an instructional packet on a weekly basis, so those students should be checking their school email for contact from their teachers. Any instructional packets being returned to the Middle/High School may be given to the school van driver or left in a box or tote near your door.

A letter is being mailed today to all Munising Public School district families that provides details of our Continuity of Learning Plan. Breakfast and Lunch Delivery Changes to Monday, Wednesday & Friday Only As many of you are aware, Munising Public Schools recently explored the possibility of expanding our breakfast/lunch deliveries out to our bus routes. After considering the potential for an increase in health risk to our employees, however, we have decided to maintain deliveries to our existing pick up locations, with the exception that we will now do a delivery for pick up at Windjammer Apartments instead of Hilltop Road. We are also now changing to Monday, Wednesday and Friday pick up only, with two breakfasts and lunches being available each day. Due to the winter storm forecast for Monday, April 13, there will be no breakfast or lunch available at any of the the pick up locations or at the Munising Middle & High School. Breakfast and lunch will resume on Tuesday, April 14 at the school and existing pick up locations.

Just a reminder that the Munising High School locker curbside pickup is today, Friday, April 10 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Pull up in front of the main entrance and remain in your vehicle. The contents of the remaining Middle School lockers may also be picked up during that time.

Due to double lunches/breakfasts being distributed yesterday in anticipation of potential bad weather today, there will only be lunch/breakfast pick up at the Middle/High School from noon to 1:00pm on Thursday, March 26. There will be no delivery to other locations.
