MPS TRANSPORTATION UPDATE FOR TOMORROW (THURSDAY 3/7/24) AFTERNOON ONLY!
In order to provide district transportation for tomorrow’s Boys Basketball Regional Championship, the following bus route changes will be made for the AFTERNOON BUS RUN ONLY:
No Bus 3.
Students from Bus 3 will ride Bus 6 including the normal Hilltop and Carmody Road students.
Connors Road, Miller Road, Alger Heights, and Powell Lake students will ride Bus 7.

MPS JUNIOR CLASS FRUIT SALE NOTICE - 1:55PM - MARCH 1ST
Reminder for pick-up of Junior Class Fruit Sale.
We will be here until 3 p.m. today in the MSHS boardroom.
Pick-up after will be through the office during school hours.
If you did not order fruit, but would like to purchase some we do have some left over.
2 cases that contain - 2 Gala Apples, 1 Braeburn Apples, 4 D'Anjou Pears, 4 Navel Oranges, & 3 Grapefruit -$24 a case.
2 Caes of D'Anjou Pears 20 Pears - $20 a case
1 case of Four-Way Mix - 5 Pears, 5 Breaburn, 5 Granny Smith, 5 Pink Lady - $21
2 5 pound cases of Clementines - $14 a case
32 Oranges left for $20 or $1.00 a piece. Price will be adjusted if they are sold separately.

Due to weather delaying delivery and the sorting of orders - fruit pick up times are slightly delayed. Please make arrangements to come to the high school during the scheduled pick up times to receive your junior class fruit orders. Follow signage for pick up locations.

Students on Buckhorn Road will ride Bus 6 (Dino); these students may be 30 minutes late on this bus. Bus 7 (Frog) will take students down 16 Mile Lake and Doe Lake Roads; these students may arrive home 30-40 minutes early.

SUPPORT THE MUNISING HIGH SCHOOL MECHANICAL DRAFTING PROGRAM
STUDENT BUILT ICE SHANTIES CURRENTLY READY FOR SALE
We have 3 student-designed and built hard ice shacks for sale. They are fully collapsible for easy transport and are ready to go on a first come first serve basis. The sizes vary and all have advantages compared to others. The shelters are all priced at $650, only the cost of materials used for the builds. Pictures provided show the students with the shacks they built as groups and have the inside and outside of all three shacks present. We recommend that set-up and take-down be done carefully with at least 3 people. If the shelter will be used as a blind or other use structure in the form of screws should be used to fasten the walls to the floor as they are held in by bolts for easy takedown on a lake. 4 people for the shack with the shingled roof. If you are interested in buying a shack from the Mechanical Drafting program please contact the school or Bob Miles at Bob.Miles@Mps-up.com
MPS TRANSPORTATION NOTICE - 12:45PM - WEDS. FEB. 21
We still have a driver absent due to illness. Just like yesterday, there will be no Bus 10 (Dino) this afternoon. Students that live on Connors Road to Miller Road, on Miller Road, and in Alger Heights need to ride Bus 7 (Frog). All other students that normally ride Bus 10 will ride Bus 3 (Bear) this afternoon. Announcements will be made to students PK-12 and the Mather Staff will provide addresses to affected elementary students. NOTE: Some riders may arrive home up to 30 minutes later than usual.
